Kingfish listed on the New Zealand stock exchange in March 2004. Kingfish is managed by Fisher Funds Management Limited, who currently have over $750m under management for Kingfish and other funds.

The unaudited net asset value per ordinary share of the Company (excluding performance fees) as at 1 September 2010 was $1.0314 (31 August 2010: $1.0333).
The unaudited diluted net asset value per ordinary share as at 1 September 2010 was $1.0042 (31 August: 2010 $1.0055). This diluted net asset value describes the effect if all warrants in existence (KFLWB) were exercised today at $0.95. At 1 September 2010, 43,670,377 warrants remain to be exercised. These warrants may be exercised on the following dates:
Tuesday 23 November 2010, Tuesday 22 February 2011, Tuesday 24 May 2011, Tuesday 23 August 2011, Thursday 27 October 2011, Tuesday 24 January 2012, Tuesday 24 April 2012, Tuesday 24 July 2012 and Monday 3 September 2012 (Final Exercise Date).
The net asset value per share is calculated after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under the Kingfish buyback programme).
